Everyone should be focusing in bringing down this reactionary government in Haiti and replace it with a Revolutionary Government with Cette Feuille de Route: Reduce the Insecurity Phenomenon, reduce our dependency on our basic needs, and then organizing a general election.

The Revolutionary government should initiate a National Dialogue that will culminate in a General Amnesty from 1804 to the present and reset the clock from 1804 to the present.

After analyzing the current situation in Haiti and the Republic of Port-au-Prince, I concluded that the leaders must negotiate with those who possess the weapons.  

I heard that we are not going to negotiate; the Kenyans are coming to fight with the gangs. I recalled saying that the military cannot fight the gangs. I have not seen the United States and Canada that have a serious gang issue using their military to fight gang in Chicago, in Washington DC, Montreal North and many other places.

15 days later, the US ambassador met in the US embassy in Port-au-Prince and took photo with a gang leader. They said that meeting was to protect their employees in the embassy and consulate. Not a single shot has been fire on the US consulate and embassy in Haiti.

Haiti lost an excellent opportunity with the conference of Ouanaminthe. The people were waiting but these folks were not ready. Someone from Ouanaminthe after listening told them that they are not ready and advised them to postpone it to a later date. I heard a few saying that they have been here for 3 to 6 months, you cannot have someone just got here today and ask to postpone it.  That someone has a record in turning everything he touched from nothing to greatness. He is never in the hurry and he is not looking for appreciation. He plans everything: Success is 80% of planning, 5% of surrounding with the right people, and 15% of a discipline implementation.

The #1 problem of many of you is that you do not take advice unless the person said what you want to hear. You will see many people in your surrounding tell you what you want to hear except me.  

The Haitian crisis reaches the critical point; but it is solvable.

It would be great to have a general gathering with everyone at the table and including those who have the guns.

The United States had 10 million dollars over the head of a now Syrian leader. Today, the United States is negotiating with the Syrian leader.

My Haitian brothers and sisters, you need to use the Rwanda and the South Africa of Nelson Mandela approach and everything will be okay. Rwanda was a no man land; today, it is the Hong Kong of Africa. We need to come together, we can help you, and you are not going to dictate since you have no knowledge on community organizing which the great Obama used successfully to become the first Black President in the United States.

To prevent ce gouvernement de doublure from amending or writing another constitution, you have no other choice but to join hand together and speak with one voice.  Ariel te di plis ke sa, yo voyé mouché alé san pwoblem.

Tout le monde devrait se concentrer sur le renversement du gouvernement réactionnaire en Haïti et son remplacement par un gouvernement révolutionnaire, avec pour objectif : réduire le phénomène d’insécurité, réduire notre dépendance à l’égard de nos besoins fondamentaux, puis organiser des élections générales.

Le gouvernement révolutionnaire devrait initier un dialogue national qui aboutirait à une amnistie générale de 1804 à nos jours et remettre les pendules à l’heure.

Après avoir analysé la situation actuelle en Haïti et en République de Port-au-Prince, j’ai conclu que les dirigeants doivent négocier avec ceux qui possèdent les armes.

J’ai entendu dire que nous n’allions pas négocier ; les Kenyans viennent combattre les gangs. Je me souviens avoir dit que l’armée ne pouvait pas combattre les gangs. Je n’ai pas vu les États-Unis et le Canada, qui connaissent un grave problème de gangs, utiliser leur armée pour combattre les gangs à Chicago, à Washington D.C., à Montréal-Nord et dans bien d’autres endroits.

Einstein déclare : « Les grands esprits ont toujours rencontré une opposition violente de la part des médiocres. Quinze jours plus tard, l’ambassadeur des États-Unis a rencontré un chef de gang à l’ambassade américaine à Port-au-Prince et l’a photographié. Ils ont déclaré que cette rencontre visait à protéger leurs employés à l’ambassade et au consulat. Aucun coup de feu n’a été tiré sur le consulat et l’ambassade des États-Unis en Haïti.

Haïti a manqué une excellente occasion avec la conférence de Ouanaminthe. La population attendait, mais elle n’était pas prête. Un habitant de Ouanaminthe, après avoir écouté, leur a dit qu’ils n’étaient pas prêts et leur a conseillé de la reporter à une date ultérieure. J’ai entendu certains dire qu’ils étaient là depuis 3 à 6 mois et qu’on ne pouvait pas accepter quelqu’un qui débarquait aujourd’hui et demandait un report. Ce type a l’habitude de transformer tout ce qu’il a entrepris de rien en réussite. Il n’est jamais pressé et ne recherche pas la reconnaissance. Il planifie tout : la réussite repose à 80 % sur la planification, à 5 % sur l’encadrement et à 15 % sur la mise en œuvre de la discipline.

Le problème numéro un pour beaucoup d’entre vous est que vous n’acceptez pas les conseils à moins que la personne ne vous dise ce que vous voulez entendre. Vous verrez beaucoup de gens dans votre entourage vous dire ce que vous voulez entendre, sauf moi.

La crise haïtienne atteint un point critique, mais elle est résoluble.

Ce serait formidable d’organiser une réunion générale avec tous les intervenants, y compris ceux qui ont les armes.

Les États-Unis avaient 10 millions de dollars sur la tête d’un dirigeant syrien. Aujourd’hui, ils négocient avec lui.

Mes frères et sœurs haïtiens, vous devez adopter l’approche du Rwanda et de l’Afrique du Sud de Nelson Mandela et tout ira bien. Le Rwanda était un no man’s land ; aujourd’hui, c’est le Hong Kong de l’Afrique. Nous devons nous unir, nous pouvons vous aider, et vous n’allez pas nous imposer votre volonté, car vous n’avez aucune connaissance en organisation communautaire, celle que le grand Obama a utilisée avec succès pour devenir le premier président noir des États-Unis.

Pour empêcher ce gouvernement de doublure de modifier ou d’écrire une nouvelle constitution, vous n’avez d’autre choix que de vous unir et de parler d’une seule voix. Ariel te di plis ke sa, yo voyé mouché alé san pwoblem.

Que savez-vous en organisation communautaire ? Que savez-vous en résolution de conflit ? Que savez-vous en vérité et en réconciliation ? Que savez-vous de la vengeance et du pardon ?
